健康经济理念的区域城市化质量时空演变分析——以江西省为例

Temporal and spatial evolution of regional urbanization quality based on Health Economy——A case Study of Jiangx province

随着健康经济理念的兴起,我国城市化已经进入健康发展时期,对城市化质量评价体系重新审视与构建符合健康经济发展战略的要求.本文依据健康经济理念,构建经济绩效、空间集约、生态环境、居民生活、社会发展、基础设施评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法并用Arcgis10.2绘图软件分析江西省2004年至2014年近10a城市化质量时空演变情况.结果表明,江西省位于内陆地区的区位劣势导致其城市化质量偏低,生态环境、基础设施、空间集约方面存在的不足严重影响了江西省等内陆省份城市化质量的提升,因此需要提出科学的决策用以提升内陆省份的城市化质量.

With the rise of the idea of Healthy Economy,China has entered a period of sound development of urbanization and its reflection on and attempts to construct the urbanization quality evaluation system meets the requirements of economic development strat- egies. Based on the Health Economic concept, this paper has built an evaluation index system which covers economic performance, spatial intensification, ecological environment, residential life, social development and infrastructure. Adopting main components analysis method and the ArcgislO. 2 drawing software,it has also analyzed the urbanization quality temporal and spatial evolution of Jiangxi province from 2004 to 2014. The results reveal that Jiangxi＇ s disadvantageous location in the inland areas results in its low quality of urbanization and its inadequacy in ecological environment, infrastructure and spatial intensification seriously affects the quality of urbanization in inland provinces. Therefore, the paper proposes that scientific decision - making should be put forward to improve the quality of urbanization in inland provinces.
