摘要 信息技术的发展,互联网已经成为最具活力的经济增长引擎,对传统产业部门的发展起着举足轻重的作用.拓展培训具有调节员工人际关系,营造良好工作氛围;加强企业战斗力,提高员工综合能力;挖掘团队潜能,增强企业归属感;宣传企业文化,提升企业知名度等价值.传统拓展培训产业在互联网时代面临着信息传播方式、受众营销信息接收方式等变革带来的严峻挑战.只有采用互联网思维,采取挖掘网络大数据,把握客户需求新动态;建设互联网渠道,培育拓展培训新品牌;重视私人订制,拓展培训企业新空间;嵌入生活微时间,展现拓展培训新个性;推广特色项目,定位有效目标新客户,营造"羊群效应",构建网络社群新平台等具有互联网经济特质的新型营销策略,才能够实现拓展培训在互联网时代的健康发展. With the development of information technology, the Internet has become the most active part of economic growth, and play an important role in the development of traditional industries. The expanding training system can adjust the interpersonal relationship among employees , create a good working atmosphere ; strengthen the capacity of enterprise, improve the comprehensive ability of employees ; find the potential of team, enhance their sense of belonging; advertise the culture of enterprise, and promote the popularity of enterprise. The traditional training mode is facing severe challenges nowadays because the method of information communication and the way that audience receive information were changed. Thus, it's important to make use of Internet thinking to dig big data then grasp the trend of customers'demands ; we also need to construct the Internet channel to cultivate new brands of training; pay attention to pri- vate customizing to expand the new training space for enterprise;to show the new personality of expanding training, it's necessary to take micro life time seriously; In addition to the above, promote the characteristics of the project, promote some special projects, seize new and effective customers, and use sheep - flock effect to build a new platform of internet association. In this way, the expanding training can develop healthily in Internet era.
