立磨研磨区结构形式对粉磨效率的影响研究与分析 被引量:1

摘要 在简要介绍目前立磨研磨区结构形式的基础上,以TRM型立磨研磨区结构形式为研究对象,采用研磨压力、挡料圈高度、磨盘转速为影响因子,研究了不同因素条件下,研磨区结构形式对粉磨效率的影响,结果表明喇叭辊+平盘结构相比锥形辊+平盘粉磨结构没有明显的节能优势。 Based on brief introduction of the vertical roller mill grinding zone structural style at present, taking TRM vertical mill as research object, effect of grinding zone structural style on grinding efficiency of vertical mill were studied under different grinding pressure, height of dam ring, speed of grinding plate. The results showed that the splayed structure roller has no obvious advantage in energy saving compared with the cone type roller. Key words:
