摘要
以聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷(PAE)为交联剂,对废弃皮革中提取的工业明胶进行交联改性,合成了一种蛋白类胶黏剂。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱和差示扫描量热仪对其结构和热稳定性进行表征.结果表明:PAE与工业明胶发生了反应,并提高了其热稳定性。对合成胶黏剂的固含量、黏度等基本性能进行了测定,并考察了PAE用量和热压温度对胶黏强度的影响。结果表明:当PAE用量为明胶用量的20%、热压温度为170%时胶黏剂的剪切强度可达2.499MPa,达到了GB/T9846.3-2004标准中Ⅲ类胶合板的使用要求。
The agent and technic protein based adhesive was prepared by using polyamide-epichlorohydrin(PAE) as cross-linking al gelatin derived from tanned leather wastes as raw material. The structure and thermal stability of the PAE were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The results show that PAE reacts with the gelatin and the thermal stability is improved after modification. The properties of synthetic adhesives such as solid content and viscosity were measured. The effects of PAE content and hot-pressing temperature on the adhesive strength were also investigated. The results show that when the amount of PAE is 20% of the gelatin dosage and the hot-pressing temperature is 170℃, the shear strength of the adhesive can reach 2. 499MPa, which meet the requirements for the use of Class III plywood in the GB/T 9846. 3-2004.
