摘要 泾阳茯茶历史悠久,其名称的由来、生产和销售与当地独特的地理环境、运输条件和历史文化有着密切的关系。其传统的工艺传承悠久,制作方法独特,在西北地区商品贸易中处于核心地位。在梳理茯茶发展历史的同时,探讨其制作工艺和当前发展状况,并结合实际提出泾阳茯茶产业化发展的策略。 Jingyang fuzhuan tea has a long history. The origin, production and sale of its name are closely related to the local unique geographical environment, water transportation conditions and historical culture. Its traditional technology has a long tradition, unique production methods, and plays a core role in the commodity trade in the northwest region. In combing the history of the development of poria cocos fermented tea, a discussion was made of its manufacturing technology and current development,with strategies for the industrialization development of Jingyang poria cocos fermented tea put forward.
