利用DOE优化消音器声学结构

摘要 应用GT-Power软件,建立某发动机和排气系统数值模型,利用DOE设计对消音器主要结构参数进行优化设计,在满足排气背压性能的前提下,探索一种以NVH性能为目标的消音结构参数优化方法。结果表明:采用DOE分析方法,不仅可以大幅缩减试验样本容量和仿真时间,亦可达到令人满意的效果。通过优化匹配,该排气系统满足NVH性能目标。 The GT-Power software was applied to establish the numerical model of certain engine and exhaust system. The DOE design was used to optimize muffler main acoustics structure. The optimization method for the acoustic structure parameter with NVH performance was explored,and the performance of the exhaust back pressure should be satisfied. The results show that using the method of DOE analysis,not only the test sample capacity and simulation time can be reduced,but also satisfactory results can be achieved. By optimizing the match,the exhaust system satisfies the NVH performance target.
