针对大马力轮式拖拉机装配线物料配送现状及存在问题进行研究,查找制约装配线生产效率的物料供应因素,依据先进的物料配送理念及改善方法,制定相应的优化方案,并在推进实施过程中不断完善。

In view of high-horsepower wheeled tractor assembly line,material distribution present situation and existing problems were researched. The material supply factors restricting the production efficiency of the assembly line was found out. On the basis of advanced material distribution idea and improved method,the corresponding optimization scheme was formulated,and it was improved constantly in the implementation process.
