首先找出影响整车气味性的重点零部件总成,再将重点零部件总成拆解成均质材料,找出影响零部件气味的材料。通过改善材料的气味性以达到提升零部件总成气味性的最终目标。测试结果表明:用整改过的零部件装车,整车气味性等级为4级,满足某企业企标要求。

The key parts assembly which affected the odor of the vehicle were found out,then the key parts assembly were disassembled into homogeneous materials,and the materials that affected the odor of the parts were found out. The odor of the material was improved to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the odor of the parts assembly. The test results show that the odor grade of the whole vehicle is four grade,which meets the requirements of some company standard.
