Status and prospect of fertility preservation treatment for gynecologic malignancies

妇科恶性肿瘤的传统治疗手段为手术、化疗与放疗,这些治疗对生殖器官的功能有破坏性,肿瘤治疗后患者丧失生育与生理功能。如何在恶性肿瘤治疗的同时保留患者的生育功能一直是妇科肿瘤医生追求的目标;肿瘤早期诊断、治愈率的提高、辅助生育技术的发展均为保留生育功能的治疗提供了条件,同时也提出了挑战。

For gynecologic malignancies,surgery,chemotherapy and radiotherapy are traditional therapeutic approaches,which do harm to the reproductive organs and patients will lose fertility permanently.Therefore,howto preserve fertility has always been the objective of gynecologic oncologists.So far,early diagnosis,improvement on the recovery rate and development of assisted reproductive technique have provided more opportunities and posed newchallenges in the meanwhile.
