Determination of sanguinarine and chelerythrine in fruit of Macleaya cordata with capillary electrophoresis electrochemiluminescence

摘要 建立了同时检测博落回果实中血根碱和白屈菜红碱含量的毛细管电泳电致化学发光新方法.该方法应用于博落回果实中血根碱和白屈菜红碱的测定,加标回收率为91%~100.3%. A method of capillary electrophoresis coupled with electrochemiluminescence(CE-ECL) for the determination of sanguinarine and chelerythrine in fruit of Macleaya cordata samples was developed. The developed approach was applied to the determination of sanguinarine and chelerythrine in fruit of Macleaya cordata with recoveries in the range from 91% to 100.3%.
