摘要
结合闭式叶轮铸造过程中叶轮关键零件叶片的成型方法及叶片成型模,通过合理的三维扫描检测方法,提取叶片模具的型面点云数据;然后在逆向软件中实现叶片模具点云数据的基准对齐,完成叶片工作面与背面曲线的提取;接着利用三维软件进行曲面重构,完成单个叶片的三维创建;最后通过其他组合模具进行尺寸测量,完成复杂闭式叶轮的逆向创建。
Based on the casting forming method and die for a closed impeller, the point cloud data of the shape of die for blades were obtained by using reasonable 3 D scanning detection methods. Then, the baseline alignment of the point cloud data was realized in the reverse software to extract the working face and the back curve of blades. After that,the 3 D model of single blade was created through the surface reconstruction of 3 D software. Finally, the reverse creation for complex closed impeller was completed by measuring the other combination die size.
