摘要 针对钢制前盖内板传统工艺存在的材料利用率低的问题,分别对前盖内板的风挡区域、翼子板搭接区域和前保险杠区域的造型进行分析,从压料面的设计、板料形状的选择、拉深方式的确定对前盖内板工艺进行优化设计,节约板料质量约8.8%,材料利用率提高4.49%。 In order to increase the utilization of the blank for the traditional process for automobile hood inner plate with steel panel, the windshield area, overlap area with fender and bumper area were analyzed. Then the process was optimized in pressure surface,blank structure and drawing scheme. With the new process, the weight of the blank was saved about 8.8% and the utilization of the blank was increased about 4.49%.
