摘要
针对传统的冲压废料处理方式造成成本浪费等问题,以某车型尾门外板为例,通过对制件特性及冲压工艺进行研究,提出了对废料区进行整体冲裁,在模具内部与压力机安全门间增加运输轨道及废料接收框的方式,实现对废料的整体回收。工程实践表明,该方案可实现对冲压废料的回收与再利用功能,达到节约资源、降低企业运营成本的目的。
In order to solve the problem of the waste that caused by traditional stamping scraps treatment, a tail door was taken as an example to study the characteristic and stamping process of it. Then the blank scrap was overall blanking, and added the transport rail and scrap box between the die inside and safety gate of the press machine, which could recycle the overall scraps. Practice production showed that the recovery and utilization of stamping scraps was achieved, and the resources were saved.
