摘要 结合薄壁异形件的结构特点进行了工艺分析,设计了一种分体式模具,实现了一次装夹同时完成2处异形翻边及钻孔成形。经实际生产验证,该成形工艺简单有效,制件成形质量良好,可为类似制件的成形提供参考。 Combining with the structural characteristic of the special shape part with thin walled, the process was analyzed, and the die with divided structure was designed. Then two special-shaped flanging and drilling forming were achieved in one die for one clamping. The actual production verified that the forming process was simple and effective, and the quality of the parts was good, which could provide reference for the similar parts.
