摘要 为了全面了解奥氏体不锈钢焊缝无损检测技术的应用及发展,讨论了奥氏体不锈钢的焊缝组织、结构特征,研究了射线检测、超声检测、ACFM检测对不锈钢焊缝检测的进展,分析了其优点和缺点。分析认为,超声检测是检测不锈钢焊缝的主流方法,且取得了很大进展;不锈钢焊缝的超声检测方法所面临的主要问题是提高奥氏体不锈钢焊缝的检测信噪比以及缺陷定位的精确度;ACFM检测方法实现了无接触测量,对不锈钢焊缝的检测研究具有广阔的应用前景。 In order to fully understand the application and development of non-destructive testing technology for austenitic stainless steel welds, the microstructure characteristics of austenitic stainless steel welds were discussed, and the research progress, advantages and disadvantages of stainless steel welds for ray detection, ultrasonic testing, and ACFM testing were analyzed. According to the analysis, the ultrasonic detection method has made great progress in the detection of stainless steel welds and has become a mainstream method, but it needs to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and the defect location accuracy. The ACFM detection method realizes the non-contact measurement and has a good application prospect for the detection and research of stainless steel welds.
