摘要
为科学制定镍基耐蚀合金的焊接工艺,以NS3306耐蚀合金为例介绍了耐蚀合金的牌号、化学成分和力学性能。根据镍基耐蚀合金的特点,采用手工钨极氩弧焊方法,ERNiCrMo-3焊丝填充,进行了组对焊接,同时进行了焊前清理、焊接工艺参数的优化、焊接过程及层间温度的控制。焊后通过外观检测、无损检测、力学性能试验对焊接接头质量进行了检查,结果表明,焊接质量可靠,满足焊接工艺评定及设计文件要求。
In order to scientifically formulate welding process of nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy, the grade, chemical composition and mechanical properties of NS3306 corrosion resistant alloy were introduced as an example. According to the characteristics of nickel-base corrosion resistant alloys, the manual argon tungsten-arc welding and ERNiCrMo-3 welding wire were used for welding test. At the same time, the cleaning before welding, optimization of welding process parameters and interpass temperature controlling were performed. After welding, the quality of the welded joints was inspected by appearance inspection, non-destructive testing, and mechanical performance tests. The results showed that the welding quality was reliable and met the requirements of welding procedure qualification and design document.
