摘要
为了拓展J55钢级(TG22)管坯的应用范围,降低N80Q套管的生产成本,对Φ139.7 mm×7.72 mm规格的J55钢级SEW管坯进行了调质生产N80Q套管的工艺试验,并对热处理后的管坯进行了试验检测。试验结果显示,除了1~#工艺生产的管坯性能超出标准范围外,其他3种工艺调质生产的N80Q SEW套管均符合API SPEC 5CT标准要求。随后采用优化后的热处理工艺进行了小批量试制,并对试制套管进行了检测,结果表明,试制管坯均达到了API标准要求,性能稳定,采用的热处理工艺可行。
In order to demonstrate the feasibility of heat treatment technology of quenching and tempering production N80 Q steel grade casing using TG22 grade SEW tube blank, J55 steel grade(TG22) Φ139.7 mm×7.72 mm SEW tube blanks were divided into 4 groups for heat treatment, and the treated tube blanks were tested. The test results showed that excepting 1-# tube blank, 2^#, 3^# and 4^# tube blanks all met the requirements of API standard. Then small amount productions had been trial-produced and tested, and the results indicated that the adaptability of N80Q steel grade casing using TG22 grade SEW tube blank was good, so the technology was feasible.
