摘要
为了精准判定铝合金覆层冷凝器集流管高频焊焊缝品质,避免焊缝微缺陷,对焊缝状态金相图与焊管生产工艺之间的映射关系进行了研究,并在解析集流管焊缝金相图的基础上,分别对典型的焊缝熔合线、金属流线和氧化物夹杂等金相图与生产工艺的映射关系进行了解读;同时将这些映射关系输入数据库,并借助数据库中的数据靶向指导,改进铝合金覆层冷凝器集流管高频焊生产工艺。生产实践证明,解决问题的有效率达96%以上。
In order to evaluate accurately the weld quality of high frequency aluminum welding condenser collecting tube and avoid defects, the mapping relations between metallographic diagram and production technology of high frequency aluminum welding condenser collecting tube were studied, and based on analyzing collecting tube weld metallographic diagram, the mapping relations between production technology and metallographic diagram, including weld fusion line, metal streamline and oxide inclusion, were interpreted; at the same time, the mapping relations were entered in the database, and the production technology of high frequency aluminum welding condenser collecting tube was improved with the help of data targeting guiding. The production practice proved that the efficiency was over 96%.
