摘要
建筑业因为投资大且过程复杂,是价值工程的重要应用领域。通过对近期国内外价值工程研究的对比,分析价值工程在国内应用的现状和原因,在此基础之上对我国建筑行业的价值工程应用的前景进行了展望。
Construction industry,because of its large investment and complex process,is an important application area of value engineering.Through the comparison of recent research on value engineering at home and abroad,the present situation and reasons for the application of value engineering in China are analyzed. On this basis,the prospect of the application of value engineering in China＇s construction industry is prospected.
