本文简要论述EPC总承包模式,阐述了建筑设计院主导的EPC新模式的项目管理要点,并提出相应完善措施。

This paper briefly discusses the EPC general contracting model,elaborates the key points of project management of the new EPC model led by the Architectural Design Institute,and proposes corresponding improvement measures.
