Technologies for Pull-back Operation in Horizontal Directional Drilling Construction of Large Diameter Heating Pipeline

针对大管径供热管道水平定向钻施工中的回拖作业,对定向钻机回拖力设计计算、钻孔最终扩孔直径、钻机的选型、施工场地要求、回拖过程中的地面减阻方式、工作管焊接及接头位置的补口处理等关键技术进行探讨。结合工程实例,对DN 1 200 mm供热管道定向钻穿越市区景观河道的工程进行介绍。

Aimed at the pull-back operation in the horizontal directional drilling construction of the large diameter heating pipeline,the key technologies for the design and calculation of the pull-back force of the directional drilling rig,the final drilling diameter,the selection of drilling rig,the requirement of the construction site,the ground drag reduction in the pullback process,the welding of the work pipe and the joint coating are discussed. The project of the DN 1 200 mm heating pipeline crossing the urban landscape river by horizontal directional drilling is introduced combined with the project example.
