深圳市燃气专项规划的编制实践

Preparation Practice of Shenzhen Gas Special Planning

以深圳市为例,介绍燃气专项规划的编制思路和编制体系,对高压管网路由选线、燃气仓储设施安全管控、液化石油气瓶装供应站和加气站选址等问题进行探讨,提出燃气专项规划编制的建议:重视规划间的协调和衔接,开展有针对性的专项专题研究,多层次、逐级深化地开展规划,采用地理信息系统、水力计算软件等技术支持规划。

Taking Shenzhen City as an example,the preparation ideas and preparation system of gas special planning are introduced. The route selection of high-pressure pipe network,the safety management and control of gas storage facilities,the site selection of bottled LPG supply stations and gas refueling stations and so on are discussed. Suggestions for the preparation of gas special planning are proposed： paying attention to the coordination and convergence between plannings,carrying out targeted special monographic research,carrying out the planning in a multi-level,step-by-step and deep manner,and adopting technologies such as geographic information systems and hydraulic calculation software to support the planning.
