Application of Directly Buried Valve in Gas Engineering

用于燃气PE管道的直埋阀(闸阀),主体材质为碳素钢,自带钢质放散管和放散阀,出厂时阀体两端自带PE管段,与两端燃气PE管道采用电熔套筒焊接连接。介绍直埋阀的适用范围、土建施工和工艺安装要求,分析直埋阀的优点和存在的不足,提出相应的处理措施。

Directly buried valve（ gate valve）for gas PE pipeline is made of carbon steel,equipped with steel vent tube and discharge valve,and has its own PE pipe sections at both ends of the valve body when it leaves the factory. It is connected to PE pipeline at the both ends by electro-fusion sleeves. The application scope,civil construction and process installation requirements of directly buried valve are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of directly buried valve,and the corresponding treatment measures are proposed.
