基于社会协同的图书馆文化扶贫研究

Research on Library Culture Poverty Alleviation Based on Social Collaborative

目前文化扶贫工作的主体较为单一,缺乏政府与图书馆有效联动机制,未根据扶贫对象的特点进行细分,难以实现精准扶贫,缺乏协同机制,导致扶贫工作缺乏持续性。本文从经济、社会、文化和政策的角度分析了构建基于社会协同的图书馆文化扶贫机制的可行性,并从扶贫对象的需求出发,结合各扶贫参与主体的特点,设计出基于社会协同的图书馆文化扶贫实施方案。

There are some problems existing in the current culture poverty alleviation work：the subject is single,lacking of effective linkage mechanism,and having no subdivision based on the characters of poverty alleviation objects,difficulty to achieve targeted poverty alleviation,lacking of synergistic mechanism,they lead to lack of sustainability.This paper analyzes the possibility of constructing library culture poverty alleviation scheme based on social cooperation in the aspects of economy,society,culture and policy,designs a set of implementation plans from the demand of the object for poverty alleviation,in combination with all the characteristics of the participants.
