台湾地区高中图书馆馆藏发展政策及启示

The Policy and Enlightenment of Collection Development of High School Libraries in Taiwan

本文运用网络调研法搜集了台湾地区高中图书馆馆藏发展政策文件,在对其政策内容框架进行整体把握后,分析和揭示出馆藏发展政策制定具有如下特点:馆藏发展政策制定有据可依、以馆藏现状与需求为基础、注重特色建设与对外合作、以定量化的评价标准为主,并据此提出对祖国大陆高中图书馆馆藏发展政策的几点启示。

This paper uses the network research method to collect the collection development policy document of the high school library collection in Taiwan.After analyzing the framework of its policy content,this paper analyzes and reveals that the development policy of the collection has the following characteristics：having a legal basis,taking into account the current situation and demand of the collection,paying attention to the construction of characteristics and external cooperation,and quantifying the evaluation criteria,and then accordingly puts forward several enlightenment for collection development policy of Chinese mainland high school library.
