国外图书馆读者决策采购服务分析及启示

Analysis and Implications of Patron-driven Acquisition Service in Foreign Libraries

本文通过文献与网络调查方法,总结了国外兴起的读者决策采购(PDA)的实施情况,分析了国外图书馆开展读者决策采购服务的成功经验及存在的问题。据此对我国图书馆实施PDA提出以下建议:明确PDA模式是传统采购模式的一种有效的补充方式、合理控制PDA采购经费、尝试推行馆际互借PDA和外文图书的PDA、考虑以项目的形式推行PDA、选择恰当的方法评估PDA项目实施效果,以期为我国图书馆开展读者决策采购提供一定的参考。

Using methods of literature and web survey,the paper summarizes the implementation of patron-driven acquisition thriving in foreign countries.Then it analyses the successful experience and existing problems of PDA service carried out in foreign libraries.Thus,the following suggestions are put forward on the implementation of PDA in China：clarifying PDA model as an effective way to supple traditional purchasing model;reasonable control of PDA funds;trying to implement inter-library loan PDA and foreign books acquisition through PDA;consideration of carrying out PDA in form of project;selection of appropriate methods to evaluate PDA project,so as to provide reference for our country to carry out patron-driven acquisition.
