系统总结了67 a来我国煤矿井工用刮板输送设备发展实践历程,将其分为初期试制发展起步、成套引进消化吸收、技术引进拓展研发、自主创新迈向高端4个阶段。着眼煤炭产业结构调整、转型升级大局及刮板输送设备产业长远健康发展,针对提升装备成套化水平及可靠性、推进智能化技术应用、强化节能降耗核心技术攻关、建立产品智能制造模式等方向提出了下一步发展思路,以期助力加快行业领域的技术进步与创新发展步伐。

The development in the past 67 years of the scraper conveying equipment for coal mines in China is summarized systematically,which can be divided into four stages： the initial stage of trial production; technology digestion and absorption of equipment introduction; technology introduction and development; independent innovation and forward to the superior. Focusing on structure adjustment and transformation-upgrading situation of coal industry,in order to push forward long-term healthy development of scraper conveyor equipment industry,discussing the development direction of technology in the following four aspects：improving the level of complete equipment and reliability; promoting the application of intelligent technology; strengthening the key technologies of energy saving and consumption reducing, and establishing the model of product intelligent manufacturing,in the hope of accelerating the pace of technical progress and innovation-driven development of coal machinery industry.
