摘要 以亚克力板为研究对象,通过断铅实验模拟声发射源,利用门限值和小波分析法对声发射信号进行去噪处理,分析声发射信号在高分子材料中振幅、能量等特征参数的衰减规律,得出不同角度声发射波的传播速度变化规律,进行线性定位实验来检验声波波速有效性,结果表明声发射信号波速具有较高精度。对高分子材料声发射信号传播特性的研究,为以后再高分子材料声发射故障源的准确定位奠定了基础。 Researching on Acrylic plate,through the broken lead experiment simulated acoustic emission source, using threshold method and wavelet analysis to deal with the noise of the acoustic emission signals, analysis of acoustic emission signals in high polymer material attenuation law of characteristic parameters such as amplitude,energy,different angle of acoustic emission wave propagation speed change rules. The linear positioning experiment is carried out to verify the validity of the acoustic wave velocity. The results show that the acoustic emission wave velocity has high accuracy. The study of the propagation characteristics of the acoustic emission signal of polymer materials lays the foundation for the accurate positioning of the acoustic emission source of polymer materials.
