液压多路换向阀深孔加工工艺与试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对多路换向阀阀体深孔较多且加工要求较高的特点,提出利用UG建立阀体的几何模型并生成中性文件,通过VERICUT进行加工仿真。最后综合分析上述情况,对上述仿真结果进行实际加工验证。通过对比发现,提出的加工方法具有较好的优化效果,为后续多路换向阀的优化设计打下了良好的基础。 Aiming at the characteristics of multi-way valve bodies have more deep holes and higher processing requirements for multi-way valve bodies, using UG build geometric model of the valve body and generate a neutral file, using VERICUT for the machining simulation, the maximum stress. At last,a comprehensive analysis of the above situation, the simulation results are verified by actual machining.By comparison, the proposed machining method has better optimization effect, laying a good foundation for the optimal design of the subsequent multi-way valve.
