可进行预紧力调节的尾座套筒自动进给装置的设计

摘要 传统车床尾座需手动锁紧工件,其劳动强度大,工作效率低,需靠人工预估预紧力,预紧力过大易顶死工件。针对以上缺点,设计了一种可进行预紧力调节的尾座套筒自动进给装置。装置包括可调力矩装置、尾座和控制箱。通过控制箱外的按钮,即可实现尾座套筒的自动伸缩,伸缩行程由套筒限制螺钉控制;依靠可调力矩装置上的定位调节螺母,可实现在顶紧工件的同时能按设定值提供预紧力。实践生产证明,该装置大大提高了工作效率,确保工件装夹牢固。 Traditional lathe tailtock need to be locked manually with intensive labor,which work efficiency is low.While it is necessary to predict the pre-tightening force by artificial, easy to install the workpiece top dead.In view of the above shortcoming, designed a kind of automatic feeding device for tailstock sleeve with preload adjustment. The device includes an adjustable torque device, a tailstock sleevet, and a control box. It makes sleeve stretch out and draw back automatically during process-cycle, and in the top tight workpiece can be adusted to preload through the positioning adjustment nut. It is proved by practical production that the device greatly improves the working efficiency and ensures the fastness of the workpiece.
