摘要
针对矿用隔爆外壳展开结构形式研究,主要基于隔爆外壳结构形状和加强肋布置两方面进行研究。隔爆外壳结构形状主要研究不同结构形状和R角大小的应力应变对比分析,而隔爆外壳加强肋布置则主要研究不同加强肋形状和加强肋位置的应力应变对比分析。通过研究,给出了KDW65B隔爆外壳结构形式优化方案,并为其他矿用隔爆外壳优化设计提供了参考依据。
Based on the two aspects of structure shape and stiffener, the structure type of flameproof enclosure was researched. The structural shape of flameproof shell was mainly studied on the stress and strain contrast analysis of different structural shapes and R angles. The stiffener layout of flameproof enclosure was mainly studied on the stress and strain contrast analysis of different stiffener shapes and stiffener positions. The optimization scheme of the structure type of KDW65B flameproof shell was given, and the reference experience was provided for optimization design of the other mine flameproof enclosure.
