Research and Improvement of Water Accumulation Problem in Coal Mining Electromechanical Control Box

采煤机电控箱是采煤机的核心设备,所以必须要求电控箱可靠、稳定。而在井下工作时电控箱经常出现漏水、积水的现象,导致电器件损坏,设备不能正常运转。针对电控箱漏水、积水问题提出了解决办法,为今后采煤机的设计提供了参考。

Electrical control box is the core equipment of coal mining machine,so the electric control box must be reliable and stable. In the underground work,the electric control box often leaks phenomenon,leading to electrical parts damage and equipment can not work properly. Puting forward the solution to the problem of water leakage in electric control box,and provides reference for the design of coal mining machine in the future.
