摘要
结合掘进机的工况和在矿上使用的情况,并针对行走履带架后连接板、减速器安装板在使用过程中出现的断裂、弯曲变形等现象,使得链轮与履带架发生干涉,卡死,爬坡无力,转弯不灵活等问题,对掘进机行走履带架后连接板、减速器安装板进行了优化改进。
Combined boring machine condition and use in the mines, and the connecting plate for walking crawler frame after fracture of reducer mounting plate used in the process, the bending deformation phenomenon, the sprocket and track frame interference, blocking climbing weakness,turning problem is not flexible, the crawler frame roadheader walking after the connecting plate.
