摘要 针对综掘工作面掘进过程中粉尘浓度高、污染严重现象,提出采用湿式旋流除尘器高效除尘技术。详细分析了湿式旋流除尘器螺旋雾化、过滤除尘、高效脱水和旋流除尘等多种降尘机理。通过对山脚树煤矿21127综掘工作面进行现场调研,合理选择除尘器型号和现场布置工艺,较好地改善了工作面环境,取得了较好的除尘效果。 Aiming at the phenomenon of high dust concentration and serious pollution in the digging of fully mechanized top coal mining face,a high efficiency dust removal technology using wet cyclone dust collector is proposed. The mechanism of wet dust reduction in spiral cyclone,filtration and dust removal, high efficiency dewatering and cyclone dust removal is analyzed in detail. Through on-site investigation of 21127 fully mechanized mining face in Shansibu coal mine,the model of dust collector and site layout technology are reasonably selected,the environment of working face is better and the better dust removing effect is achieved.
