摘要
随着煤炭机械化采制样的不断推广,机械化采制样装备技术得到了不断进步,详细分析了煤炭机械化取制样系统中常见故障及处理方法,并对如何做好日常系统维护保养进行了探讨。提高了煤炭机械化采制样故障处理技术水平,且加强设备日常维护保养工作,可减少机械化取制样系统故障发生。
With the continuous popularization of sample preparation for mechanized coal mining, the mechanized mining equipment manufacturing technology has been continuously improved. Analyzes in detail the common faults and the handling methods of the coal sample preparation system, and discusses how to do daily system maintenance. Improve the level of mechanization of coal mining samples processing technical level, to strengthen the routine maintenance of equipment, can reduce the mechanized sampling system failure occurred.
