摘要
在当前煤矿井下智能化开采技术与称重理论的基础上,根据定重装载系统的工作原理,通过从硬件组成与软件控制方面展开优化改进,在带式输送机和活溜槽之间加装中间储煤装载仓,并将称重模块安装在其下方,同时利用PLC编程软件和组态软件建立井下定重装载自动作业的控制逻辑和人机交互界面进行实际调试运行,结果表明:优化后的可控定重装载系统载荷精确度、运行平稳度等指标均提升12%以上,获得了较为满意的改进效果,此研究基于实际生产开展大大提高了煤矿开采运输效率,可为其他类似设备改进提供一定参考。
Based on the current coal mine mining intelligent technology and weighing theory, the optimization and improvement are carried out through the hardware composition and software control aspects. The intermediate coal storage bin was installed between the belt conveyor and the live chute,and the weighing module was installed below it. At the same time, PLC programming software and configuration software are used to establish the control logic the underground weight loading automatic operation and the man-machine interaction interface, then the actual debugging operation was carried.The results showed that the indicators of the optimized controllable weight fixed loading system load precision, such as the loading accuracy and the operating stability were increased by more than 25%,and the relatively satisfactory improvement effect was achieved. Which not only could greatly improve the efficiency of the coal mining transport based on the actual production, at the same time could provide certain reference for other similar equipment improvement.
