旅游产业融合的动力系统及其驱动机制框架——以佛山陶瓷工业旅游为例

近十多年来,国内外学者在旅游产业融合的动力因素及其驱动机制方面的研究取得一定进展。但是,对于动力因素的系统性,尤其是各动力因素之间的交互作用及其作用于旅游产业融合界面的驱动机制尚待深化。本文以文献分析、系统结构分析为基础,借助广东佛山陶瓷工业旅游融合发展的典型案例剖析,全面研究了旅游产业融合的动力系统及其驱动机制。识别4大内部动力因素和4大外部动力因素,确立各动力因素的力源差异,深入分析内部和外部两大子系统之间动力因素之间的作用机制,最后演绎为旅游产业融合整体的动力系统及其驱动机制框架,阐明了各动力在融合系统建构中的作用方式、途径和功能等。本研究为旅游产业融合的持续发展提供了理论新视角,并为产业融合的系统政策研究提供理论指导。

In the past decade, scholars at home and abroad have made much more and faster progress in the dynamic factors and driving mechanism of tourism industry integration. However, the systematization of dynamical factors, especially the interaction between diversified dynamic factors and the driving mechanism for the integrating interface of tourism industry, needs to be deepened. Based on the literature review and system structure analysis, this paper tends to study the typical case of tourism integration in Foshan Ceramics Industry in Foshan City of Guangdong Province, and then comprehensively researches the driving force and the driving system of tourism industry integration. Specifically, four major internal dynamic factors and four major external dynamic factors will be identified, the differences between sources of the various dynamic factors are going to be recognized, the functional mechanism between the internal and external subsystems are expected to be thoroughly analyzed, and finally, the dynamic system and driving mechanism framework of the tourism industry integration will be deduced, as well as the role, approach and function of the dynamics in the construction of the integration system will be clarified. All in all, it tends to offer a new theoretical perspective on the sustainable development of integration of tourism industry..
