摘要 目的对男男性接触者(MSM)艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和艾滋病(AIDS)病人杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体(KIR)基因不同基因型的分布及其与疾病进展相关性进行研究,探讨KIR基因在MSM HIV感染临床进程中的作用。方法对353例MSM HIV/AIDS患者KIR位点的等位基因分型,分析KIR基因型与H1V感染进展相关性。结果 353例MSM HIV/AIDS患者,典型进展组(TP)291人(82.44%),长期不进展组(LTNP)62人(17.56%)。KIR^2DL3、KIR3DL1等位基因在LTNP组分布大于TP组(均P<0.05)。结论 KIR基因多态性影响MSM HIV感染临床进程,KIR^2DL3、KIR3DL1等位基因可能是延缓HIV感染者疾病进展的保护性因素。 Objective To study the association between the distribution of killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor( KIR) genotypes and disease progression among MSM living with HIV/AIDS,and to explore the role of KIR gene in clinical progression of HIV infection among MSM. Methods The KIR alleles of 353 MSM with HIV/AIDS were determined and genotyped,and the association of KIR genotypes with the progression of HIV infection was analyzed. Results The 353 MSM with HIV/AIDS were divided into the typical progression( TP) group( 82. 44%,291/353) and the long-term non-progression( LTNP) group( 17. 56%,62/353). The frequencies of KIR-2 DL3 and KIR3 DL1 were higher in the LTNP group than in the TP group( both P〈0. 05). Conclusions KIR gene polymorphism can affect the disease progression in MSM with HIV infection. KIR-2 DL3 and KIR3 DL1 genotypes may be the protective factors for delaying the progression to AIDS in HIV-infected MSM.
