摘要
采用CYBEX-Norm型等速肌力测试系统,对10名优秀400m栏运动员的髋、膝关节进行不同角速度的等速肌力测试,分析了峰力矩(PT)、相对峰力矩(PT/BW)、屈伸肌峰力矩比值、异侧同名肌力比、疲劳百分比等指标。结果显示:400m栏男、女运动员左、右侧髋、膝关节均存在肌力不平衡现象。表现为右侧髋关节伸肌力量大,髋关节屈伸肌比值在0.36~0.63之间;膝关节伸肌力量大于屈肌,膝关节H/Q比值范围在0.61~0.85之间,伸肌疲劳指数均明显高于屈肌。
Using CYBEX-Norm isokinetic muscle strength testing system of ten elitest 400 m hurdlers of hip joint and knee joint isokinetic test of different angular velocity. It analyzes the peak torque( PT),relative peak torque( PT/BW),peak touque ratio,endurance ratio,etc. The results showed that the muscular imbalance phenomenon exists in 400 m hurdles athlete left and right hip joint and knee joint,the performance right hip extensor strength and hip flexor extensor ratio between 0. 36 - 0. 63; knee extensor strength than flexor,knee range of H/Q ratio between 0. 61 - 0. 85 and extensor fatigue index were significantly higher than flexors.
