基于虚拟质点法的塑料薄膜变形分析仿真研究

摘要 作为一种高效、节能的生活垃圾处理方式,废旧塑料风力分选过程中塑料薄膜的变形影响了理论研究的精度。为解决上述问题,提出了一种新的方法——虚拟质点法,建立了薄膜变形的计算模型并简要推导了线单元的公式。通过该方法得到了塑料薄膜在风力为0.2m/s、0.35m/s时的变形量,与使用ANSYS Workbench软件的动网格及流固双向耦合模块求得的变形结果进行了对比,吻合较好。通过求得塑料薄膜的变形规律,可以提高塑料薄膜风力分选的精度,为下一步塑料薄膜风力分选机械的优化提供参考。 Wind separating of Plastic membrane is an energy-efficient method that disposes the household rub- bish, and its accuracy is reduced by the deformation of plastic membrane. A new mechanics method called fictitious particle method is introduced in the paper, the mathematic model of plastic membrane based on it was built and the link element was deduced briefly. Deformation of plastic membrane was calculated under the conditions of air-flow velocity being 0.2m/s and 0.35m/s with the fictitious particle method. The calculated values agree well with the simulated results using fluent dynamic-mesh and Bidirectional fluid-structure interaction. By getting the deformation regularity of plastic membrane, it can improve the accuracy for plastic membrane wind separating and provide a useful research bases for optimizing the machinery of waste wind sorting.
