The pattern of ＂Guangzhou New City＂ is introduced in this paper, which is the important measure to assist Xinjiang from Guangzhou in terms of industry. The core of the subjects and the innovation mechanism in pat-tern of ＂Guangzhou New City＂ are elaborated. And the experience and effectiveness in ＂Guangzhou New City＂is summarized. It is demonstrated that the pattern of ＂Guangzhou New City＂ is a successful case to assist Xinjiang in the development of industry, which is worthy of continuously promoting. The achieved successes are of important strategic significance to the realization of the leaping development and long-term stability in Xinjiang, the practice of the ＂13 th Five-Year Plan＂ for the development of the Western China, and to promote the implementation of the Belt and Road initiative strategy.
