摘要
为确保绿色建筑得到进一步发展,需对其项目管理水平进行科学合理评价。将熵权法和可拓学理论引用到绿色建筑项目管理绩效评价体系中,采用熵权法确定指标权重,在给出关联函数及绩效评定等级的基础上,构建绿色建筑项目管理绩效可拓评价模型。通过计算各评价指标关于绩效测度的关联程度,确定各指标及总体项目管理绩效水平所处的等级。通过算例表明:该方法在绿色建筑项目管理绩效评价中具有较好的适用性。
In order to ensure the development of green buildings,it is necessary to evaluate their project management level in a rational manner. The entropy method and the extension theory are introduced to establish an evaluation system for green building management. The index weights are determined by entropy method,an extension model for evaluating performance of green building management is built based on the given correlation function and performance assessment. By calculating the correlation degree of each evaluation index in performance measurement,the ranking of each index and the overall project management performance level is determined. Finally,the results of an computational example shows that this method is more feasibility in the evaluation of green building management performance.
