摘要
如今的工程项目日益复杂,且东北地区由于低温期漫长、温差大,对混凝土施工的细节要求更高。结合东北地区施工特点,绘制人因差错发生过程和纠偏示意图,用人因事件树的条件概率计算结果来验证纠偏效果。通过查阅相关数据,计算人因差错对混凝土的影响程度值,比较不同检查次数后残余人因差错对混凝土强度的影响。探究施工质量问题的来源,汇总东北地区常见人因差错。在考虑人的纠偏能力后,人的操作成功率增大,混凝土的强度有保证。且随着检查次数增加,每次检查的效率呈下降趋势,建议选定一次全面检查来控制人因差错。
Nowadays, construction projects are increasingly complex. Due to the long period of cryogenic temperature and the large temperature difference,the detailed requirements on concrete construction in the northeastern region of China are more strict. Based on the construction characteristics of northeast China,the processes of human error occurrence as well as the rectification diagram are drawn. The results of the conditional probability calculation of human factor event tree are used to verify the correction effect. By reviewing relevant data, the effect of human error on concrete strength is calculated, and the impacts of residual human error on concrete strength with different inspection times are compared. This paper explores the source of construction quality problems and summarizes the typical human errors in northeast China. After considering people's ability to correct errors, the rate of successful operation is increased and the strength of concrete is guaranteed. With the increase in the number of inspections, the efficiency of each inspection shows a downward trend. We suggest selecting a comprehensive inspection to control human errors.
