电力安规虚拟交互培训系统研究与设计

摘要 本文通过研究电力行业的安全作业培训现状的不足,将虚拟交互技术与电力安规培训相结合,研究并设计一套电力安规虚拟交互培训系统项目,应用vR、3DSMAX技术并采用Torque引擎,实现操作人与虚拟对象间、虚拟人与虚拟环境间的互动,使学生能够身临其境般地参与到电力安全生产中,最终实现电力安全作业培训目标。本文中以电力作业要令流程培训为例,简要展示了Torque引擎交互响应机制、3D效果图、命令脚本、电力安规虚拟交互培训系统执行方框图、虚拟培训中的工作流程图、培训考核流程设计图等系统内容,最后指出了目前该系统存在着虚拟交互渠道、考核机制、交互操作模式和多人协同操作等方面还需要进一步完善的情况。 This article studies the deficiency of the current status of safe operation training in the power industry, combines virtual interaction technology and power safety training, studies and designs a set of virtual safety interactive training system project, applying VR, 3DS MAX technology and adopting Torque. The engine realizes the interaction between the operator and the virtual object, between the virtual person and the virtual environment, so that the students can participate in the electric safety production immersively, and finally achieve the goal of electric power safety training. In this paper, we take the process training for electric power operation as an example, and briefly show the Torque engine interaction response mechanism, 3D renderings, command scripts, the implementation block diagram of the virtual safety training system for virtual safety training, the work flow chart in the virtual training, and the training assessment process design, drawings and other system content, and finally points out that the current system of virtual interaction channels, assessment mechanisms, interactive operation modes and multi-user cooperative operation and other aspects still need to be further improved.
