微博舆论监督及其引导策略研究

Study on Supervision and Guidance Strategy of Microblog Public Opinion

当前，微博舆论在社会舆论的形成过程中发挥出越来越重要的作用。本文以新浪微博为例，对微博舆论监督进行了概念界定，从规范微博身份注册认证、引导意见领袖言论、政府充分发挥政务微博功能、加强微博立法普法执法等四个方面提出了微博舆论监督的引导策略，以保障微博舆论监督朝着健康理性的方向前行。

At present, microblog public opinion plays an increasingly important role in the formation of social public opinion. This article uses Sina Weibo as an example to define the concept of microblog public opinion supervision. From the four aspects： regulating microblogging identity registration and certification, guiding opinion of leaders, giving full play to the governmental microblogging function, and strengthening microblogging legislation and law enforcement, the guiding strategies of the Weibo public opinion supervision haven been proposed, to ensure that Weibo public opinion supervision moves in the direction of healthy rationality.
