基于ADAMS的自动落纱机拔管机构参数化设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统落纱机存在的效率低、易损伤纱管等缺点,本文设计了一种新型自动落纱机。主气缸驱动由串联式组合机构组成的拔管机构实现拔管功能,在载荷一定的情况下,自动落纱机所需主气缸驱动力的大小与主动摇杆尺寸以及主气缸的安装位置有关。在保证拔管过程不变和不发生干涉的条件下,基于机械系统动力学自动分析,建立参数化模型,并进行优化仿真分析,得到自动落纱机主气缸驱动力最小时主动摇杆尺寸和主气缸的安装位置参数,将优化后的模型重新建模,并导入ADAMS,与原模型仿真数据进行对比。优化结果表明,优化后新的落纱机模型与原模型相比,气缸驱动力的变化趋势类似,运动过程和所实现的功能不变,证明新的结构参数满足设计要求,但优化后的落纱机主气缸驱动力最大值由1 340.64N减小到927.68N,减小了30.80%,有效提高了落纱机传力性能,优化效果显著。该研究在一定程度上节约了能源。 In view of the shortcomings of traditional doffing machine like low efficiency and bobbins can be easily damaged,this paper designed a new type of automatic doffer.The top of the bobbin is held by the gripper and the manner of extubation from the top of the sponge top.The main cylinder drives the extubation mechanism consisting of a tandem combination mechanism to achieve extubation.When the load is constant,the size of the main cylinder driving force required for the automatic doffer is related to the size of the active rocker and the mounting position of the main cylinder.Under the condition that the extubation process is not changed and the interference is not carried out,the parametric model is established based on ADAMS,and the optimal simulation is carried out to find out the active rocker size and the main cylinder of the installation location parameters.The optimized model was re-modeled and imported into ADAMS and compared with the original model simulation data.The optimization result shows that,compared with the original model,the optimized doffer new model changes the trend of the driving force of the cylinder,the movement process,but didn't change the implementation of the function.And it proves that a new structural parameter meets the design requirements,but the main cylinder doffer optimized driving force maximum value decreases from 1 340.64 Nto 927.68 N,reduced by 30.80%,improving the mechanical performance of doffer transmission,and the optimization effect is obvious.To a certain extent,the study saved energy.
