摘要
为了更有效地帮助职大学生提高英语学习效果和就业竞争力,笔者以北京市东城区职工大学学生为研究对象,在教学中运用元认知策略来培养和提高学生的自主学习能力。实践证明,把策略训练融入英语教学实践是可行而有效的;元认知策略训练可以有效提高职大学生英语自主学习能力。
In order to help adult college students to improve their English learning effectiveness and employment competitiveness, the author, taking students from Beijing Dongcheng Adult College as the research object, tries to use metacognitive strategies to cultivate and improve students' autonomous learning ability. It has been proven that the practice of integrating strategic training into English class is feasible and effective and that metacognitive strategy training can effectively improve students' autonomous learning ability.
