摘要
本文提出一种基于两个分离的多孔硅布喇格反射镜结合而成的结构,从理论上,利用传输矩阵法对于含有缺陷层的多孔硅结构的生物检测进行了研究.这种新的结构与原有的多孔硅微腔结构光学生物传感器相比,可将生物分子直接加入缺陷层内部,并且对于布喇格反射镜的周期数没有限制.通过理论计算,我们所提出的结构对于检测生物具有更高的的灵敏度,证明了这种多孔硅光学生物传感器具有可用于改进生物分子检测的能力.
In this paper,a structure based on two separated porous silicon bragg mirrors is proposed.Theoretically,the biological detection of porous silicon structure with defect layer was studied by using transfer matrix method.This new structure is compared with the previous porous silicon micro-cavity structure optical bio-sensor,the bio-molecule can be directly added into the defect layer,and there is no limit to the periods number of the Bragg mirror.By theoretical calculation,the proposed structure has higher sensitivity to detection biology,which proves that the porous silicon optical bio-sensor has the ability to improve the detection of bio-molecules.
