基于产业创新链视角的智能产业技术创新力分析:以大数据产业为例

The Evaluation Measurement Model of Technology Innovation in Intelligent Industry

结合相关的产业链、技术链、价值链,以及技术成熟度的研究成果,提出智能产业及智能产业技术创新力的概念,并从横向和纵向两个维度构建出能够衡量基于技术特征的边界完整性、产业发展动态性、产业内部网络关联性的测度理论模型,并尝试给出指标体系。以大数据产业为案例,运用全景图分析了智能产业技术创新的进步与差距。

In this paper, on the basis of literature analysis, learning from research achievements of the industry chain, technology chain, value chain, and technological maturity, we put forward the concept of intelligent industry and its technological innovative capabilities. We construct industry measure theoretical model from the horizontal and vertical dimension, which can measure the technical features of boundary integrity, dynamic of industry development, the internal network connection, and try to give the evaluation index system.
