Linkage Analysis on Interests of Participating Subjects in the Cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises

校企合作是培养应用型技能人才的重要途径,而平衡各个利益相关者的利益是校企合作的关键。文章对校企合作中各个参与主体之间的利益诉求做了深入分析,并对校企合作利益主体间的作用机制做了进一步探讨,在综合多元利益相关者利益诉求基础上,提出校企合作多元共赢发展的策略,旨在推动高职院校校企合作长效发展。

Colleges-enterprises cooperation is a pathway of significance to cultivate applied skilled talents, while the key of which is balancing shareholders＇ interests. The paper makes a deep analysis of the interests of the participants in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, and makes a further discussion on the working mechanism of interests among the subjects. On the basis of comprehensive and diverse stakeholders＇ pursuit of interests, the author puts forward the strategy of diversified and win-win cooperation between colleges and enterprises, aiming at promoting the long-term development of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises.
